Rossmark have once again been featured in the RIBA catalogue for 2009 for works on the alteration of a factory unit and offices into a new vetinary practice.
Totalling £1.2 million, works included re-roofing, heating, ventilation and electrical systems, building extension with mezzanine floor and a full office design and refurbishment. As well as the above, a number of specialist works including lead lined theatres, kennels a cattery and epoxy floors were also undertaken.
All work was carried out within 31 weeks to the great satisfaction of the client and architect. |
